10 Healthy Recipes to Start the New Year! by PW Food & Friends

Good day, everyone! Welcome to 2018! Did you sleep in today? Or did you get up early and start working off all that holiday indulging? (We hear ya.)

Most folks try to eat healthier the first weeks of a new year, which is understandable considering all the feasting we’ve been doing since November. There are only so many roasts, casseroles, whole birds, cookies, pies, cake, and cocktails one can have! If you’re looking for ideas on eating healthier without depriving yourself of delicious, comforting food, look no further. We’re sharing 10 healthy recipes to get you started!

 
 
How to Make Baked Oatmeal

Baked Oatmeal. Dara shows us the basic components that go into a hearty dish of baked oatmeal, then gives us 5 different variations to try. Try them all, then make your own!
